Hamilton shocked the sporting world a year ago by signing with the Scuderia, bringing an end to his successful 12-year stint with Mercedes in 2024.
During his time with Mercedes, Hamilton won six of his seven world titles, while also setting records for the most wins (105), most pole positions (104) and podium finishes (202).
However, he did finish a season outside the top six for the first time in his career in 2024, while also scoring his fewest points in a campaign since 2013 with McLaren (189).
But Hamilton is seen as a contender to clinch a record-breaking eighth world title, alongside Norris and Max Verstappen, who won his fourth consecutive crown last year.
"I would have thought so. I don't know. Again, everyone's different," Norris said when asked whether he expected to see a revitalised version of Hamilton at Ferrari.
"I think it's cool what he's doing and what he's done and going to Ferrari. I think it's very special. I think Ferrari is incredible.
"I feel like he would struggle to find any reasons to not be motivated. You know, it's an incredible opportunity for him. It's a cool story.
"I'm sure there are a lot of bonuses with a lot of things going over to Ferrari, so there are a lot of reasons to be more motivated and be ready to go.
"It's Lewis and I think anyone who doubts him is a bit silly."

He claimed the first four wins of his F1 career last year - including in the final round in Abu Dhabi - to reach the top 60 of drivers with the most wins in the competition's history.
Norris has also now accumulated 1,007 points during his time in F1, becoming the 16th driver to surpass this barrier, achieving it with his strongest campaign overall (374 points) and in terms of points per round (15.6).
The Briton is looking forward to the new season,bw777 login which starts at the Australian Grand Prix next month, but said he will go into the campaign without "any overconfidence or too much arrogance".
"It's a nice thing, so I appreciate all those guys out there and girls who are out there betting on me, but I'm focused on this year," Norris added.
"I felt good after last season. I felt like I wanted to continue after Abu Dhabi. I ended on the right note and I knew I needed to improve on some areas and some things.
"I felt like I proved to myself that I got what it takes. You know, something clicks, and you just feel like, 'OK, I feel like I can do it now'.
"I'm definitely not coming in with any overconfidence, you know, or too much or arrogance.
The Kizhakkambalam-born hockey legend was at his best, protecting India’s goal and stole the limelight with his exceptional keeping abilities.
"I couldn't stop my tears. I have never seen such performance in many years and now I am convinced that this team can bring us the Olympic gold after 44 years," the former India skipper said.
"My whole life I've been telling myself that I can't and it's nice that I tell myself for once that I can and that the opportunity is there. I know I'm just changing.
"I'm learning. I'm finding new ways to motivate myself and to make myself feel correct. That is one of those things coming in here going 'I can do it this year'.
"It's probably better telling myself that than 'you're not going to do it this year'. It's easy things, but every person is different. You've got to find your own way.
